Pre-launch legal review: this operational privacy notice is supplied with the product, but the deploying business should have it reviewed and insert its final legal entity/contact details, lawful bases and retention schedule before public launch.
OcheControl can process account and contact details, league membership, player display names, competition records, match statistics, registration information, transactional-email delivery records, audit events and technical security logs required to operate and secure the service.
Information is used to provide league and tournament administration, authenticate users, publish competition information selected by league organisers, prevent abuse, maintain security and audit records, manage subscriptions and deliver transactional communications.
Depending on deployment configuration, OcheControl can use Railway for hosting, PostgreSQL/Redis for application services, Resend or SMTP for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse checks and Stripe for subscription billing. The deploying operator should document the providers it actually enables and maintain the appropriate processor/subprocessor information.
Transactional email records may include recipient, template, delivery status and provider message identifiers. Bounced or complaint addresses can be placed on a suppression list so OcheControl does not repeatedly send to addresses that should no longer receive mail.
League organisers control whether their league site is public. Public competition pages may display player names, standings, fixtures, results and darts statistics. Administrators should only publish information appropriate for their league.
OcheControl provides organisation data export, suspension and deletion workflows. Cancellation is separate from deletion so data can be retained for a configured recovery period before permanent deletion. The deployment operator must set and justify its final retention periods, including backups, audit/security logs and billing records.
